Please do not commission me if you are financially unstable, in a bad mental state, or unsure about my services.

Payment is required via Cash App or PayPal, I can access Discord Nitro or Robux as an alternative but let me know beforehand. Payment can be upfront or after the sketch. I do not offer refunds once a sketch is completed, unless I am unable to finish the commission.

I do not work with deadlines, as they stress me out. If you need a piece by a certain time, a 100% rush fee will apply.

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, especially if it does not follow my terms. I do not owe an explanation.

I retain the right to reuse rejected sketches. If you want to keep the sketch, an extra fee will be required.

If you do not specify details, I will assume full artistic freedom.

Edits requested after sketch approval or completion may require a fee or be declined. Fixing missed character details is free.

You may use your commission for personal use (icons, wallpapers, avatars, profiles, galleries, etc.) with credit. Commercial use or profit is not allowed without my permission.

You may study or take inspiration from my style. Do not trace, edit, or claim my work as your own, this also includes feeding my art into ai. Credit and notification are appreciated if my work is heavily referenced.

I still retain full rights to my artwork. I may post commissions for self-promotion and social media. If you need your commission kept private, a 50% privacy fee will apply.
